Across communities, resource disparities create barriers that hinder individuals from fully engaging in sports, leading many aspiring athletes to find themselves sidelined before they even start. We plan to address this inequality through the equitable distribution of resources and initiatives that aim to level the playing field. Our current initiative focuses on empowering female field hockey players across India by supplying the equipment they need to pursue excellence in their sport.
